Shipping policy
Overview
We aim to despatch all items on the same working day (Monday to Friday) if ordered by 2.30pm. Due to the wide range of products with different weights and sizes, we will choose the most suitable courier to deliver your parcel.
Our main delivery partners are, but not limited to, Royal Mail, Evri, ParcelForce and DHL. If you have a preferred courier, please do not hesitate to request this and we will try our best to assist. Please note that there may be extra charges for this and we cannot guarantee that your request will be granted, however, we will let you know before sending the item out.
